Maple French Toast OverNight Lactation Oats!

OverNight Oats are easy to make, and can greatly support your milk production.  Try them for breakfast or even a wholesome snack! Remember to eat a healthy snack every time you feed/pump!  I hope you enjoy them!

Maple French Toast OverNight Oats

1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

3/4 Cup Milk (whole, soy, almond or coconut)

1/2 Banana (Mashed)

1 Tbsp Brewers Yeast

1 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Vanilla

Combine and store in fridge overnight.  You can eat these cold or hot.  I top it off with a little more brown sugar and maple syrup, but fresh barries and whip cream are good too!  Enjoy
